So, in my wildest dreams, I never imagined that I would be in the position I am in. So if God came to me and said, Carolyn you are going to learn this modality called energetic work and then you are also going to get your degree in body-centered psychotherapy and as a result you are going to see they are one in the same. Both work consciousness in the body. Both compliment the other.
Then, you are going to write a book and have to take this awareness out into the world and make it public. And you must play the very uncomfortable role of bridging these two separate but equal worlds. Not only that, it will be very uncomfortable for you but don’t worry, says God, it is important you do this and you will succeed. Never mind it will be painful or difficult for a while.
Oh yes God, serve me up-or not? It is funny. My passion is so clear that I keep putting one foot in front of the other.
We all have our life task and it may seem overwhelming at times. I do believe with kindness to ourselves we will all succeed.
