The evidence-based consciousness technology I developed combines spirituality with psycho-biology. I teach you to do much more than just process your emotions. After all, who wants processed food – it sifts all the nutrition out of it. Instead, we harness all the raw emotional energy keeping all the aliveness strong and clean! To achieve this goal, we combine the principles of neuropsychology, neurobiology, mindfulness, subtle energy, and attachment theory, which rewires your brain’s negative reactivity and false beliefs. The knowledge you acquire gives you the ability to embody your Core Being and thus deeply understand yourself, (or your clients) reactive limbic brain function, the biology of thoughts and feelings, behaviors and relationships. This in turn can shift cells, nervous system, DNA, false self and much more!
